• Responsibilities:

• Repairing all assigned vehicles according to manufacturer and company standards
• Process repairs with efficient speed and quality customer satisfaction
• Approaches repair planning with a sense of urgency and detail to avoid waste and re-work later in the process
• Performs pre-pulls to make repair vs. replace decisions
• Assists in identifying and sourcing parts as necessary
• Uses good judgement in determining when damaged parts can be safely repaired for cost and cycle-time savings
• Helps maintain parts/materials in an organized manner
• Other duties as assigned by shop manager
• Qualifications
• :• High School or equivalent (Required)• Master Technician Certification• Knowledge of vehicle repair and parts is a major plus• Knowledge of manufacturers' repair processes• Ability to lift, push, & pull over 50lbs• Ability to operate mechanical tools safely• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
