Job Description
Technique, Inc. is looking for an Automation Technician
- Robot Welder to join our team at our Jackson, Michigan facility.
Responsibilities:
Set up welders and weld- Set up welders, weld, and troubleshoot basic GTAW and GMAW mild steel joints based on knowledge of weld symbols and materials. Perform 1st piece layouts
- Perform 1st piece table layouts to support quality assurance. Program and adjust robotic welders
- Change and troubleshoot programs to make offsets on work pieces to ensure good welds. Maintain robotic welders
- Set up, calibrate, program, maintain, and troubleshoot robotic welders with feedback from CMM reports. Package parts
- Package parts for shipping. Complete documentation
- Complete job documentation for all production runs.
