Fiber Technician (FTTH) - Full-Time (W-2) Join a Growing Fiber Team! Koscom Cable Inc. is hiring experienced Fiber Technicians to perform residential FTTH installations in the Lansing area. If you have fiber installation experience and enjoy working in the field, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Install and activate FTTH internet services. Troubleshoot and repair fiber connections. Test service quality and complete work orders. Deliver excellent customer service. Requirements Previous FTTH or fiber optic installation experience. Experience troubleshooting fiber internet services. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. White work truck required. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Ability to work outdoors and travel within the assigned service area.
