This role will support production and automation operations within a fast-paced industrial environment. The Operator must have experience working with Siemens panels. Travel and housing assistance are available for qualified candidates. Professional fluency in Korean and English is required. This role necessitates frequent, real-time technical communication and troubleshooting with a Korean-based engineering team that manages the plant's proprietary systems. Responsibilities Operate and monitor Siemens PLC systems Support automation and production processes Troubleshoot operational issues and report system concerns Follow production procedures and safety standards Communicate with engineering and operations teams as needed Qualifications Experience working with Mitsubishi PLC systems required Manufacturing or industrial automation experience preferred Ability to read and follow technical instructions Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable and able to work independently or within a team Additional Information This position supports collaboration with Korean engineering and operations teams. Korean language skills are highly preferred to help facilitate communication within the work environment and with overseas support teams.
