Direct Hire EG is partnering with a premier company in Marshall to bring a skilled Electronics Technician to their team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work hands‑on with electronic systems and cutting‑edge products from prototype through production. If you enjoy problem‑solving, technical challenges, and bringing products to life, this position offers meaningful impact and room to grow. What You'll Do Conduct electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical testing on systems, subassemblies, and components to verify performance against specifications. Assemble and/or modify electrical and electronic systems and prototypes using engineering data and electrical principles. Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate performance of parts, assemblies or systems and accurately document data and results. Analyze test results to identify root causes of failures and resolve design‑ or production‑related issues. Write and maintain clear test procedures, validation reports, and technical documentation. Design, build, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electrical test instruments and equipment. Provide technical support to engineering, production, service, and sales teams, including failure analysis, warranty returns, and customer complaint investigations. Communicate circuit and engineering changes clearly to production teams while supporting company quality systems, policies, and procedures. What You'll Bring Associate's degree in Electronics or a related technical field 2 or more years of related experience Hands‑on experience with electronic testing, troubleshooting, and test equipment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to communicate technical information effectively and collaborate across teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
