Serve as a technical authority and lead resource for all robotic processes and machinery. Collaborate with various manufacturing departments to ensure seamless operation of finishing and wax production tools. Advocate for and implement programming updates that drive better equipment performance. Maintain structured documentation of code and keep detailed logs of all technical modifications. Facilitate clear information flow between team members regarding the status of equipment. Assume full responsibility for machine performance by implementing lasting solutions to prevent recurring issues. Utilize systematic diagnostic techniques to identify and rectify automated system faults. Primary Responsibilities Deliver technical support for robotic wax manufacturing and finishing systems. Enhance the efficiency and consistent performance of automated machinery. Develop and maintain precise programming code for manufacturing robots. Function as the primary subject matter expert for robotic operations and process management. Ensure full adherence to all environmental, health, and safety standards within the facility. Essential Qualifications Completion of high school or GED from an accredited school. At least one year of professional experience within a manufacturing or engineering setting. Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship. Preferred Skills and Experience Technical associate degree in a relevant field. Practical experience in evaluating and resolving complex automated process issues. Proficiency in refining robotic movement through various controller interfaces. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Competency in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel. Solid foundation in mechanical or electrical systems. Proven experience working with industrial control systems. Capability to interpret and utilize electrical and mechanical schematics. Strong analytical mindset for methodical equipment troubleshooting. Disciplined approach to problem-solving that prioritizes long-term stability. Background in robotics programming or holding a Weld Tech 2 certification is highly advantageous.
