This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and variety. Rather than doing the same task every day, you'll handle a mix of repairs, maintenance projects, troubleshooting, and property upkeep. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and knows how to identify and solve everyday building maintenance issues. What You'll Be Doing Your day-to-day work may include: Troubleshooting basic electrical and plumbing problems Completing general building repairs Performing carpentry and minor construction work Repairing drywall and completing painting and finish work Installing and repairing flooring Handling basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting Taking care of lawn, yard, and exterior property needs Performing preventative maintenance to help avoid larger repairs Responding to maintenance needs at company properties Keeping work areas safe, clean, and organized Handling occasional urgent maintenance needs outside of regular hours What We're Looking For We're looking for a well-rounded maintenance professional with hands-on experience in several of the following areas: Electrical Plumbing Carpentry Drywall and painting Finish work Flooring HVAC Lawn and property maintenance General repairs and building upkeep The right candidate will also be: Reliable and punctual Comfortable working independently Able to troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions Organized and able to prioritize maintenance requests Willing to assist with occasional weekend or after-hours needs Focused on completing work safely and correctly Hours This is a full-time position with a generally consistent weekday schedule.
