If tackling tough production issues sounds like your perfect day, this Plant Equipment Reliability Technician role is for you. Role Focus You'll protect uptime by diagnosing and correcting failures across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and automated systems. From conveyors to vision systems—and from PLCs to robots—you'll ensure our manufacturing lines perform with consistency and precision. Core Responsibilities Execute electrical troubleshooting on a variety of production assets. Identify, repair, and verify fixes on industrial machinery within a manufacturing setting. Apply hydraulics expertise to maintain and repair related components and circuits. Perform mechanical troubleshooting on conveyor systems, labeling systems, packaging machines, palletizers, and vision systems. Use PLC troubleshooting methods to diagnose and resolve control issues. Service, maintain, and repair industrial robots. What You Need to Succeed Experience working on equipment in a manufacturing environment. Strong electrical troubleshooting background. Solid overall equipment troubleshooting knowledge. Demonstrated hydraulics experience. Mechanical troubleshooting proficiency. PLC troubleshooting competence. Familiarity with conveyors, labeling equipment, packaging machines, palletizers, and vision systems.
