In this role, you will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, wiring, and optimizing control systems that power our gages. Primarily

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on operational efficiency and reliability. Duties Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial control systems including programmable logic controllers AllenBradley (PLCs), sensors, measurement devices, and vision inspection systems. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and troubleshooting tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and calibration instruments. Perform electrical diagnostics on low voltage and high voltage systems while adhering to electrical safety procedures. Troubleshoot equipment failures related to hydraulics, pneumatic systems, electrical instrumentation, and automation controls to minimize downtime. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to support installation, repairs, and upgrades. Conduct preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, sensors, motors, valves, and control panels to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering teams to program or modify control logic. Support field service activities by providing technical assistance during installation or repair projects at customer sites. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, system configurations, calibration records, and troubleshooting reports for compliance and continuous improvement. Skills Strong knowledge of electrical systems including low voltage and high voltage circuits. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, P&IDs, and schematics related to industrial controls. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, calibration techniques, and industrial automation software. Solid understanding of hydraulics, pneumatic systems, mechanical components, and piping systems used in industrial environments. Skilled in electrical diagnostics using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, field service meters, and precision measuring instruments. Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues involving electrical instrumentation and engineering troubleshooting methods. Familiarity with vision inspection systems and electrical safety procedures for high-voltage environments. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong mechanical knowledge for effective equipment troubleshooting. Effective communication skills for reading technical documentation and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting.
