Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our night team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and managing 5axis and 2D laser cutters (Mitsubishi C02). Your expertise will ensure efficient production workflows, uphold safety standards, and deliver high-quality finished products. Responsibilities Set up and operate laser cutting machines, ensuring optimal performance and precision. Interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to accurately program and configure laser equipment. Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly, diagnosing mechanical or electrical faults to minimize downtime. Maintain adherence to safety protocols and manufacturing standards at all times during operation. Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of laser table and optics to sustain peak functionality. Collaborate with managers to optimize machine settings for different materials and project specifications. Utilize CNC (Computer Numerical Control) programming skills for machine operation. Conduct quality inspections to verify part accuracy. Documenting finished part inspections. Proven experience operating laser cutting in a production environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Join our team as a Laser Operator! Pay:
$24.57 - $29.59 per hour
