MM Underground LLC MM Underground LLC is seeking experienced FTTH Installers/Fusion Splicers to support residential fiber-to-the-home installations. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work, provide excellent customer service, and can troubleshoot customer issues to restore internet service quickly and professionally. Responsibilities Install Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) services for residential customers. Perform fusion splicing and fiber terminations. Troubleshoot service issues and identify solutions to restore customer internet service. Complete inside and outside fiber installations. Safely work from ladders and at heights. Maintain professional communication with customers and represent the company positively. Document completed work and follow customer installation procedures. Requirements Experience with FTTH installations. Experience operating a fusion splicer. Strong troubleshooting skills. Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Preferred Equipment Contractors should have:
Ladder rack 28' extension ladder Ladder hooks V-Guard or equivalent ladder safety equipment Fusion splicing machine MM Underground may be able to assist with equipment on a limited basis for qualified candidates.
