RV Technican

Nature & Me RV is looking to hire a full-time RV Technician! Hourly Wage + Bonus! Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in RV maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various makes and models of campers including motorized units, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Perform routine RV maintenance Diagnose and repair mechanical issues Conduct thorough inspections of units to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks. Maintain accurate records of all services performed on units Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs Stay updated on the latest RV technologies and repair techniques. Work as a team with Service Writers, Parts Advisors, and Managers Other tasks as assigned Requirements Proven experience as a Technician or similar role in a dealership or service center. Strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in the RV industry Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and experience in electrical repairs. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Experience with assembly, equipment repair, plumbing, welding, and soldering is beneficial. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to RV repair are preferred.
