(HDS) is a leading provider of advanced electrification solutions, specializing in battery systems, high-voltage junction boxes, and custom prototype assemblies. We work with top-tier automotive and industrial clients to bring innovative designs to life. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated technician to support the fabrication and assembly of prototype and production systems. This includes high-voltage junction boxes, and other related components. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assemble prototype and production systems from engineering drawings and documentation Fabricate parts using standard shop tools and equipment Operate tools and equipment used in manufacturing and assembly Identify and resolve build issues, and provide feedback to engineers and managers Assist in developing documentation for build, inspection, and testing Support calibration, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks Perform facility improvements and general shop maintenance Collaborate with team members to improve processes and product quality
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Technical diploma or vocational training (preferred)
Experience:
