OEM Full Job Description Precision Spindle Technician Location:
Warren, MI Hours:
7:00 am•5:30 pm
Pay:
$38•$42/hr.
Remanufacturing:
Belt driven, motorized & Hi-frequency spindle assemblies
Reporting:
Failure analysis, repair specifications for tolerances back to OEM specifications, final testing Experience with creating bill of materials, reading & understanding engineering drawings, models, work instructions & specifications. Experience with working with assembly tolerances below .0005" Can verify component conformance using precision gauges, micrometers, bore gauges and other measuring instruments Perform basic machining task on manual milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders Have excellent problem solving & trouble shooting skills
