Realief Neuropathy Center is looking to complement our team of professionals with a Laser Therapist/Medical Assistant. Our team is dedicated and optimistic. A like-minded individual is a must. Our primary focus is unsurpassed patient quality care and outstanding customer service. The Laser Therapist/Medical Assistant is responsible for providing superior customer service in a friendly and professional environment. This position communicates with patients, caregivers and staff and is a full time position. Enjoy a four day, 30-40 hour work week Monday through Thursday with a fun and passionate team!

Primary Responsibilities:

Administer Class IV Laser as part of Realief Therapy Protocol Educate each patient on Realief protocols and manage patient expectations Communicate effectively with providers and fellow team members Maintain efficient and accurate EMR for each patient Keep up to date with all the new techniques regarding lasering and manual work Maintain patient records confidentiality at all times in accordance with HIPAA Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

Ability to manage a high volume schedule optimizing each appointment for maximum efficiency while maintaining the highest level of customer service Highly motivated, organized individual who possesses superb attention to detail, initiative and is able to multi task proficiently Experience with EMR software is a plus Computer skills including word processing programs and e-mail is required Education required: Medical Assistant degree preferred Medical Experience a must Other skills: Customer service 1 year experience in the medical field preferred The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the incumbent(s) of this job.
