The expected annual salary range for this role is $69000 - $101000 a year. Overtime eligible. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Qualifications:
This role could be the next step in your career if you demonstrate the following experience:- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Two (2) years of power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience including relevant coursework and internship experience.
- Posses and maintain a valid and unrestricted State Driver's license.
- Must undergo and pass customer entrance requirements as needed, which may include, but is not limited to, periodic background checks and drug screenings.
- Daily travel to customer sites is required, utilizing an Eaton-provided fleet vehicle.
- Provide support for customer needs outside the immediate region within the USA for a minimum of three (3) weeks per quarter.
- Must perform physical tasks as needed, including assisted lifting/carrying 50+ lbs., pushing/pulling, standing for extended periods, climbing, squatting, bending, kneeling, and driving long distances. We will not consider candidates who:
- Reside outside the greater Minneapolis, MN area. Active-duty military applicants are exempt from this location requirement.

cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc. You will set yourself apart by demonstrating some or all of the following:- Associate's degree in electrical or electronics from an accredited institution, current enrollment in a bachelor's degree engineering program at an accredited institution or applicable military training and experience.
- Three (3)+ years experience working with power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics.
- Electrical Technology Certificate.
- Ability to read electrical component schematic drawings and apply troubleshooting, testing, and repair techniques.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, battery systems, and single- and three-phase circuits.
- Strictly follow company/customer safety rules for a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with Field Service Technicians, taking direction from on-site leads.
