In a team environment you'll install, maintain and operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the integrated electrical/mechanical automation systems, as well as updating and modifying PLC controlled equipment.
Are You Looking to:
Fabricate and construct tooling, fixtures, and PLC automated equipment that will meet quality, safety, and production requirements to support manufacturing operations. Participate in the design and development of tooling/equipment by providing design and process input to Manufacturing/Engineering and/or tool design. Plan, fabricate, and construct dies, tools, fixtures, and PLC automated equipment to meet quality, safety, cost and production requirements.
Are You Ready to:
Make daily independent and team decisions related to priority and tooling design changes, and make buy analysis. Repair and maintain dies, tools, fixtures, and machines to support production requirements of quality, cost and safety. Troubleshoot non-functioning equipment which includes mechanical, electrical and PLC controlled.
Job Requirements:
What You'll Need:
Associate/College Degree or equivalent experience in automation or related field. 1 to 3 years' relevant work experience with PLC programming, debugging and testing manufacturing equipment. Experience with Pneumatic systems, excellent mechanical aptitude. Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
