Laser Me is searching for a Licensed Esthetician who is smart, polished, warm, dependable, and serious about building a career in aesthetic medicine. You do not need to know everything yet. You do need the drive to learn, the confidence to connect with clients, and the discipline to become someone clients and coworkers trust. Why Laser Me? Laser Me is a physician-led West County practice established in 2000. We have served more than 12,000 clients and performed over 100,000 treatments. You will not be handed an empty treatment room and expected to figure everything out alone. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop your skills with the Candela GentleMax Pro® inside an established practice with a loyal client community. We are looking for someone who wants to: Become highly skilled in laser hair removal Make nervous clients feel comfortable and confident Learn advanced consultation and treatment-planning skills Build strong client relationships Be recognized and rewarded for excellent work Grow into more hours, responsibility, and potentially a full-time career This position begins part-time. Additional hours, performance-based bonuses, professional development, and consideration for full-time employment are earned through excellent care, reliability, client trust, teamwork, and business needs. The Details Approximately 20-30 hours per week Some evenings and alternating Saturdays required $17-$30 per hour based on experience & performance Performance-based bonus opportunities Current esthetician license required One to two years of experience preferred, but exceptional new practitioners are encouraged to apply Candela GentleMax Pro® experience preferred but not required Training begins promptly How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed with your résumé and provide: Your current license and relevant certifications Your current availability, including evenings and Saturdays Your earliest possible starting date Any previous laser experience and platforms you have used Please answer these two short questions: Tell us about a time you helped a nervous client feel comfortable and confident.
