You will not be handed an empty treatment room and expected to figure everything out alone. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop your skills with the Candela GentleMax Pro® inside an established practice with a loyal client community. Additional hours, performance-based bonuses, professional development, and consideration for full-time employment are earned through excellent care, reliability, client trust, teamwork, and business needs.
