$40-$45 per flagged hour, based on experience and demonstrated skill, plus monthly production incentives. Dell's Powersports is seeking an experienced A-level powersports technician with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to consistently produce quality work. We are a high-volume, multi-line powersports dealership serving the Kansas City area since 1959. Our service operation is structured to keep technicians productive with scheduled work, coordinated parts support, and clear communication from the service team. Compensation $40-$45 per flagged hour, based on experience and qualifications Monthly production incentives Consistent year-round service volume Full-time position No Sunday or Monday work Technicians are compensated based on flagged labor hours. Our service processes are designed to provide consistent workflow and reduce unnecessary downtime. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports equipment Perform electrical, drivability, engine, and mechanical diagnostics Complete maintenance and repair work according to manufacturer procedures Document diagnostic findings and completed repairs accurately Communicate repair needs and findings with service advisors Perform quality-control inspections on completed work Maintain an organized and professional work area A-level technicians are primarily assigned diagnostic and customer-pay work that matches their experience and skill level. What We're Looking For Professional powersports, motorcycle, automotive, or related technician experience Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Ability to work efficiently while maintaining repair quality Ability to consistently produce flagged labor hours Strong attention to detail Dependable and professional work habits Ability to work effectively with service advisors, parts personnel, and other technicians We are especially interested in technicians who are comfortable diagnosing difficult problems and are frequently relied upon to solve issues others cannot.

Schedule Tuesday-Friday:

8:30 AM-6:00

PM Saturday:

8:30 AM-4:00

PM Sunday & Monday:
