POSITION PURPOSE
The Property Maintenance is responsible to perform installation, repair, and upkeep services in a variety of workplace settings. Maintains efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds daily.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs building maintenance to include plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair Discuss and inspect issues relative to the physical condition with Property Manager Coordinate maintenance schedule and assignments with Manager Maintain an inventory of all tools and supplies owned by the property Responsible for upkeep of all tools and equipment Maintain site to include building exterior, building systems, common areas, units, and health and safety conditions in accordance with the Uniform Condition Standards (UPSC) Prepare and follow Preventive Maintenance Coordinate pest control treatments Learn and carry out all maintenance procedures Walk the property multiple times per week to ensure positive curb appeal Preparation of vacant units within the 7-day timeframe for occupancy Evaluate how the current monthly inspection process can effectively interface with good maintenance planning
