Job Description

Job Responsibilities include:
  • Tear down and evaluation of components sent in for repair
  • Using hand/power tools and machining equipment (i.e., drill press, lapping machine, lathe, etc.)
  • Reading schematics/diagrams/blueprints
  • Hydraulic test equipment operation, including flow meters, data acquisition, multimeter, calibrators
  • Testing hydraulic systems
  • Troubleshooting circuits
  • Test stand operation
  • Vendor communication for parts and service
  • Component assembly
  • Hydraulic component failure analysis
  • Working with Microsoft Office programs
  • Quoting repairs in Excel and Word
  • Emailing documents in Outlook
