Job Responsibilities include:
- Tear down and evaluation of components sent in for repair
- Using hand/power tools and machining equipment (i.e., drill press, lapping machine, lathe, etc.)
- Reading schematics/diagrams/blueprints
- Hydraulic test equipment operation, including flow meters, data acquisition, multimeter, calibrators
- Testing hydraulic systems
- Troubleshooting circuits
- Test stand operation
- Vendor communication for parts and service
- Component assembly
- Hydraulic component failure analysis
- Working with Microsoft Office programs
- Quoting repairs in Excel and Word
- Emailing documents in Outlook
