Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis (MD&A), a leading provider of power generation repair and maintenance services, is looking for an experienced Generator Specialist to join our growing team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will lead technical crews performing inspection, repair, testing, rewinding, and maintenance of large rotating electrical equipment used throughout the power generation industry. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced generator, motor, or rotating equipment professionals seeking challenging projects, travel opportunities, and career growth.Key Responsibilities:
Lead field and shop teams on generator repair projects. Perform inspection, testing, troubleshooting, rewinding, repair, and reassembly activities. Serve as primary customer interface during projects. Develop detailed technical reports after project completion. Provide technical guidance to technicians and winders. Identify additional repair opportunities and support customer solutions.Required Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience with generator or rotating electrical equipment repair. Leadership experience. Strong communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States and internationally. Ability to work in industrial facilities and power plants. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings. Computer proficiency.Experience with:
Generators. Motors. Stators. Rotors. Exciters. AC/DC equipment.Preferred Qualifications:
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree. Nuclear industry experience. Bilingual English/Spanish.Benefits:
