You already know how to run the devices. What you need is a room, a referral pipeline, and nobody micromanaging your treatment plans. New Freedom Aesthetics is the aesthetics division of New Freedom Family Medicine, a direct primary care practice in Washington, Missouri. We are looking for an experienced laser technician to join us, either bringing an existing clientele or building one with a built-in patient base behind you. Here is the part most med spas cannot offer. We have a full medical practice attached to us. Hundreds of active members, an established weight loss and hormone program, and a physician who refers. You are not starting from an empty book and a cold Instagram account. You will own marketing to that patient base. The audience is already ours. What we need is someone who knows how to turn a member who came in for a physical into a laser patient. What you would be doing Performing laser and light-based treatments, skin treatments, and specialty aesthetic services Running consultations and building customized treatment plans Owning your own client relationships, follow-up, and rebooking Charting and documentation Tracking product inventory and retail Collaborating with our providers on cross-referrals from the medical side Marketing to our existing patient base, a core part of this role Owning internal marketing of aesthetic services to our current membership. This is not a support task, it is how the book gets built. Building and running promotions, seasonal offers, and treatment packages for existing patients Creating social media content for our aesthetics accounts, including treatment education, before and after content, and provider spotlights Coordinating with the clinical team on cross-referral campaigns, particularly from our weight loss and hormone programs Running in-office patient events, open houses, and treatment demonstrations Following up on lapsed aesthetic patients and unconverted consultations Tracking what works. We want to know which campaigns produced bookings, not just which ones got likes. What we are looking for Current Missouri licensure or certification appropriate to laser and aesthetic services Demonstrated hands-on experience with laser devices. This is the non-negotiable. We need someone who can run the equipment confidently from day one, not someone we are training from zero. An existing clientele is a significant plus and will be reflected in your compensation Willingness to own marketing to our patient base. If you want to be handed a full schedule and never think about where the next client comes from, this is not the role. Comfortable creating content and speaking to patients about treatments in person and on social Consultative selling ability. Our model is relationship-based, not high-pressure. Comfortable working independently and owning your own numbers Compensation $26 to $28 per hour plus commission on services and retail goods Part-time to start, with room to grow as your book grows
