Quality Control Maintenance Specialist

Carolina Cabin Rentals, Inc. is a full-service luxury vacation rental management company with over 400 properties located around Boone and the surrounding High Country of Western NC. The Quality Control Maintenance Specialist upholds our high standards by inspecting and performing light maintenance at the various cabins in our program and completing service calls during guest stays. There are many opportunities for growth within the maintenance and other departments throughout the company for interested, capable professionals who join our team. For example, a Quality Control team member can spend the first year or two at Carolina Cabin Rentals learning the business and take the gained knowledge and skills into other roles to grow a long term career.

IMPORTANT

Must have a clean driving record, as the person in this role drives a company vehicle on a daily basis.

Because we are in the tourism industry, holidays are a busy time for our teams, so we work on a rotating holiday schedule to make sure each team member has time off.
