What You'll Do Operate advanced CNC laser systems used for precision 3D laser cutting and automated robotic laser welding Load, position, and secure materials and components into laser equipment and precision welding fixtures Select approved production programs and verify the correct materials, tooling, fixtures, and documentation Monitor automated manufacturing cycles for machine performance and product quality Follow standardized work instructions while meeting production, quality, and scheduling expectations Cross-train across multiple laser technologies and production cells as your skills develop What You Bring High school diploma or GED 2+ years of manufacturing, fabrication, machining, CNC, laser processing, metal fabrication, automated production, or related industrial experience preferred CNC, 3D laser cutting, robotic welding, CNC fabrication, or other advanced manufacturing experience is strongly preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced manufacturing technology Ability to read basic blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and production documentation Ability to use tape measures, calipers, gauges, and other precision inspection tools Basic computer skills Ability to recognize quality concerns and communicate effectively with production and support teams Exposure to

ISO 9001, IATF
