Electronics & Automation Technician DIrect Hire Hourly Pay:

What You'll Do As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for keeping automated production equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and repair industrial electrical and automation equipment. Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery, HMIs, sensors, drives, and motor controls. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime. Install, modify, and improve electrical control systems and automation equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control prints. Troubleshoot VFDs, relays, contactors, motors, control panels, and electrical components. Assist with equipment startups, system upgrades, and process improvements. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend long-term corrective actions. Document repairs and maintenance activities. Work closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability. Follow all electrical safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). What We're Looking For 7+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience troubleshooting PLC-based automated equipment. Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, AC/DC circuits, motor controls, and power distribution. Experience with HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial automation controls. Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot complex electrical systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Technical degree or industrial electrical certification is preferred but equivalent hands-on experience will be considered. #PSDH
