CNC Technician

CNC/Laser Machine Technician The technician position is responsible for performing high diversified duty to install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain industrial equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance system and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

General machine, CNC machine, laser machine installation / maintenance / repair / testing Monitor/test if arrival equipment meets the required specification, and record the report Provide emergency / unscheduled support to the customer Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair machine operation. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service On-site diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust Report any unusual situation to proper supervision Support any technical issue Cross function communication

Required:

Fluent in English, Bilingual in English & Mandarin is a plus Minimum 3 years in industrial automation field technician experience CNC machine experience is a plus Good knowledge of digital controls, machine tools, electric, and automation Business travel is expected for this position Ability to solve technical problem Be able to work independently and teamwork with proactive work attitude

Salary:

Salary is negotiable, depending on your experience, skills, and qualifications
