$25-$30/hr Job Summary Leads blockage resolution work including conduit clearing, obstruction identification, fiber restoration, and pathway preparation. Key Responsibilities ⁠ ⁠Lead blockage and troubleshooting activities ⁠ ⁠Diagnose conduit or pathway issues ⁠ ⁠Perform trenching and digging as needed ⁠ ⁠Splicing of fiber ⁠ ⁠Floating/blowing fiber within existing infrastructure ⁠ ⁠Use fiber diagnostic and testing tools ⁠ ⁠Guide assistant technician ⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards ⁠ ⁠Understanding and operation of fiber blowing/floating equipment Requirements ⁠ ⁠OSP / underground fiber experience ⁠ ⁠Fiber splicing experience ⁠ ⁠Fiber troubleshooting capability ⁠ ⁠Basic equipment knowledge (OTDR, VFL, PON meter, etc.) ⁠ ⁠Ability to perform trenching/digging ⁠ ⁠Valid driver's license
