Competitive Hourly Rate, Full Medical Benefits, 401K Match, and PTO Package Responsibilities Maintaining a schedule of timely tool repair Managing the repair of several tools at the same time Greeting customers and helping them find the right tool for their job Answering the phone and helping with customer phone inquiries Writing up orders and processing payments Expediting special orders and backorders Assisting with the daily operations and upkeep of the business (counter, showroom, warehouse) Restocking the showroom when new merchandise arrives Resetting, cleaning, and general maintenance of the showroom displays (pricing, display tool assembly, etc.) Promoting The Scott's Hill Hardware brand of excellent customer service via always presenting yourself in a professional manner Requirements Profound knowledge of tool and repair processes Ability to multitask Strong customer service skills Good time management and organizational skills The ability to work independently Able to follow instructions accurately Scott's Hill Hardware is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
