Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Harley-Davidson Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional motorcycle service and maintenance. In this energetic role, you will utilize your mechanical expertise to diagnose, repair, and enhance Harley-Davidson motorcycles, ensuring each rider experiences peak performance and safety. Your passion for motorcycles combined with technical skills will drive customer satisfaction and uphold our reputation for quality craftsmanship. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on Harley-Davidson motorcycles using specialized automotive diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues. Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance. Repair and assemble motorcycle components utilizing hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques with precision and safety. Execute complex mechanical tasks such as brake system repairs, suspension upgrades, engine tuning, and assembly of new parts. Assist customers by explaining repair procedures, providing recommendations for vehicle care, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the service process. Handle heavy lifting safely when moving or installing motorcycle parts or equipment. Maintain detailed service records, update repair logs, and ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Proficiency on multiple lifts. Focus on quality and customer service. Organization and attention to detail in a high volume environment MMI or equivalent Harley-Davidson Certifications
  • Required. A least 2 years or more of Harley-Davidson dealership experience
  • Required. Dependable, organized and self-motivated
  • Required. Own your tools to perform the tasks required at your proficiency level
  • Required. Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement
  • Required.

From $20.00 per hour
