DOLLAR + BENEFITS. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot/Diagnose and repair electrical, fuel, ignition, cooling systems, etc. for Yamaha and Suzuki outboards. Install accessories, such as; trolling motors, electronics, lights, and stereo systems. Diagnose and repair DC boat systems/components. Perform general maintenance on outboards including service, water pumps, and valve adjustments. Responsible for communicating professionally with customer through diagnostics, quotes and repair process. Must be responsible, dependable, self-motivated, honest, open-minded and work well with others as a part of the team. Ensure timely and accurate completion of work with minimal number of comebacks. Proficient with powerhead and gearcase rebuilds. On water diagnostics. Tilt & Trim system rebuild.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIRED

Yamaha Master Certification. Proficient with on water boat handling experience. Familiar with Yamaha warranty procedures. Team leader. Efficient/productive work ethic. Marine experience on Yamaha outboards is a must. Looking for a master tech level Mechanic. Must be self-motivated, efficient and willing to work as a team. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Able to maintain professional presentation and good work ethic. Must possess organizational and multitasking abilities. Must have a valid driver's license. High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess strong written and verbal skills. •/•
