Posting Date 6 hours ago (6/5/2026 9:29 AM) Job Location(s) Winston-Salem NC United States Job Locations US-NC-Winston-Salem Travel None Position Type Full Time Company Cook Winston-Salem Category Facilities/Maintenance Overview The primary purpose of this position is to perform calibration activities in support of manufacturing and inspection functions. Responsibilities
  • Perform calibrations on all measurement devices used in the production and inspection of COOK Endoscopy devices.
  • Maintain and review calibration system and documentation for compliance with FDA, cGMP and
ISO 13485
requirements.
  • Repair/replace damaged equipment as needed.
  • Perform metrology training for Production and Inspection employees as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Responsible for ensuring that calibrations and product testing are performed in a timely manner.
  • Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization
  • Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Must maintain company quality and quantity standards
  • Must have effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision
  • Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
  • Ability to read/write/understand product documentation, and written instructions.
  • Access to confidential controlled documentation, processes and equipment. Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Working knowledge of programmable controllers
  • Familiarity with and working knowledge of equipment and machines within all areas
  • Strong mechanical background
  • Working knowledge of various hand tools
  • Experience with computers, data entry and Microsoft Office
  • Must have knowledge or aptitude in the following areas: Electricity/Electronics Machinery repair Reading, understanding and drawing prints and schematics Record keeping
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Excellent manual dexterity.
  • Work is performed in a manufacturing environment requiring moving to various departments to perform calibrations.
