Temp | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Railcar Repair Technicians for a rail manufacturing/repair company in Grand Forks, ND. In this role, you'll help maintain and restore railcars while working hands-on with mechanical systems in a structured, team-oriented environment. Maintain repair and maintenance records Repair or replace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts Inspect railcars to determine overall condition Inspect completed work to ensure proper functioning Measure distances and dimensions accurately Seal gaps or cracks to prevent leakage or moisture intrusion What You Need to Bring to the
