Job Description

Calibration Engineer About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Calibration Engineer to join their team. This position focuses on the development of new products for spark ignition engines, emissions development, and engine management calibration. The company offers a clean, air-conditioned, and heated facility, along with a flexible, family-oriented work environment and opportunities for career growth. Responsibilities Develop and calibrate spark ignition engines for gasoline, natural gas, and propane applications Conduct
EPA/CARB
certification testing Perform mobile, stationary, and on-road engine testing Execute high-performance engine testing Calibrate engine management systems for new product development Prepare detailed test reports and documentation Qualifications Proficient experience in engine calibration Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines Experience using AVL or Kistler in-cylinder pressure transducers Data acquisition experience, including data collection and processing Experience operating and maintaining emissions testing equipment Ability to work hands-on with products throughout the development process Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Work Environment Manufacturing environment that may require occasional heavy lifting and manual labor Clean, air-conditioned, and heated facility Flexible and family-oriented culture Schedule 1st Shift (43-hour work week with built-in overtime on Fridays) Monday to
