Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our manufacturing team as a Cobotic Welder Operator / Automation Technician. This is a unique opportunity to get on the ground floor of a growing automation initiative and build a long-term career working with advanced manufacturing technology. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, mechanically inclined, comfortable with technology, and interested in helping shape the future of manufacturing operations. Prior welding experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. About the Role This is more than a welding position; it's an opportunity to become part of a modern manufacturing and automation team. We are looking for someone who wants to learn new technologies, grow professionally, and help drive the future of manufacturing within our organization.
