The Equipment Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift opportunity is at Fujifilm Dimatix, Inc. in Lebanon, N.H. The Equipment Maintenance Technician III is responsible for the maintenance of manufacturing equipment for production lines. Also responsible for troubleshooting and repairing downed equipment and may assist engineering staff in establishing and implementing periodic equipment maintenance.         Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments. May provide guidance to other nonexempt personnel.
          EXPERIENCE
          Typically requires a minimum of 2
          • 4 years of related experience.
          ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
          • Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment.
          • Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required.
          • Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
          • Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
          • Performs periodic equipment maintenance as detailed in periodic equipment maintenance schedule.
          • Responsible for, and makes recommendations to, fulfill departmental quality, safety, quantity and teamwork requirements.
          • May provide guidance to other nonexempt personnel.
          • May perform equipment modifications as directed by supervisors, managers and engineers.
          • May assist engineering staff in establishing and implementing periodic maintenance for manufacturing equipment.
          • May provides training to other technicians and operators.
          • May be responsible for training of peers on equipment maintenance.
          • Trained in proper handling of chemicals and hazardous waste
          • Required participation in 24/7, seven-day on-call program.
          • Ability to work mandatory overtime as required in supporting manufacturing effort.

          QUALIFICATIONS
          To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.           REQUIRED
          • High school degree or equivalent and 2-4 years of related experience.
          • Experience working with one or more of the following: high vacuum equipment, fluid and pneumatic systems, and/or measurement equipment.
          • Ability to trouble shoot, diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment for product lines, with assistance from higher-level technician.
          • Basic computer skills including the use of standard office software, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
          • Ability to work effectively as a member of a diverse team, as well as individually.
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
          • Must be highly organized.
          • Must be a self-starter and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
          • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
          • Must be a fast-learner.
          • Must be able to be trained in proper handling of chemicals and hazardous waste.
          • Required participation in 24/7, seven-day on-call program.
          • Ability to work mandatory overtime as required in supporting manufacturing effort.
