The Role We are looking for experienced Field Service Technicians who have experience working with Fuel Dispensers and/or Point of Sale equipment with a heavy focus on calibration. Ideal technician must be able to complete tasks including hanging hardware (repair and/or replacement) and mechanical/electrical issues with both fuel dispensers and point of sale equipment. Must be willing to learn about other systems within the properties to assist in general maintenance needs. Perform petroleum equipment service and installation calls in a professional, timely, and quality manner. Complete job paperwork for each service call, at the time of service. Complete training courses in a timely manner to maintain current certifications and equipment knowledge. Act as a resource for customers; aid and product support to maintain long term relationships. Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment. Communicate skillfully and effectively in person or over the phone. Be a team player. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Positive Attitude Attention to Detail Minimum of 2 years experience or schooling in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Trades Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work in all varied weather conditions Experience with Point-of-Sale installation and repair a plus Experience working with Wayne or Gilbarco Dispensers is a plus Experience working with Verifone a plus Experience in computer networking a plus Clean driving record and the ability to work safely Capable of lifting and caring equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
