A Calibration Technicianmust be able to safely complete monthly planned maintenance and demand tasks per assign cGMP procedures. This entry level role is designed to ensure instrumentation maintains required specifications. This requires multiple skill sets based on electrical theory, instrumentation knowledge, trouble shooting, companyprocesses, education, software skills, and prior experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Safely perform required levels of maintenance for mechanical, digital, and analog instrumentation with proficiency rating of 30% or higher. Complete safety and cGMP training including classes, reads, and technical requirements as a trainee. Complete tasks and documentation using SAP, DMS, QMS, Excel, Word, or other software tools as required per GMP requirements.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; A.S. or B.S.Preferred area of study:
Electrical Engineering or Industrial Electronics or similar Minimum 2 years of equivalent cGMP experience or a technical military service background. Proficient with the use of standard test equipment, electronic theory, and basic troubleshooting skills. With recommended knowledge of Delta V, Profibus and Hart instrumentation. Software skills such as MS Office, Word, and Excel. Self-motivated, diligent, and must maintain a high level of integrity. Maintenance tasks must be completed safely, accurately, and on time per cGMP documentation. Maintenance tasks will require a focus on safety and error prevention.Preferred:
ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT)POST-OFFER BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED.
