Scope The Electronics Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment and systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to interpret schematics, and a solid understanding of safety procedures. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with a variety of tools and machinery and can operate both independently and within a team. Job Description Test and evaluate electronic components and systems Assemble, install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic equipment in a manufacturing environment. Perform regular inspections to ensure proper equipment functionality Identify system issues and determine required repairs Read and interpret schematic diagrams, drawings, and technical documents Collaborate with engineers to develop and improve electronic systems Document maintenance, repair activities, and testing procedures Train users on the operation and maintenance of new electronic equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and equipment servicing Follow written and verbal instructions accurately Interpret drawings, manuals, and technical instructions to perform assigned duties Work effectively both independently and as part of a team Profile Degree or completed coursework in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field Proven work experience as an Electronics Technician or similar role Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn Knowledge of electronic systems, components, and diagnostic tools Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation Technical degree or certification in Electronics or a related field (preferred) Offer Becoming part of the EVS Team not only means that you will receive a competitive wage in line with your skills and the market, but also healthcare benefits.
