Job Description

Overview About Us:
We are a well-established, family-owned collision repair facility with a strong reputation for quality, OEM-certified repairs, and cutting-edge technology. As vehicle systems become more advanced, we are expanding our team to include a dedicated technician focused on diagnostics, scanning, and calibrations.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy ADAS Scan & Calibration Technician to perform pre- and post-repair vehicle scans, calibrations, and test drives using AirPro diagnostic tooling. This role is critical to ensuring vehicle safety systems are restored to OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform pre-repair and post-repair scans using AirPro and OEM-compliant diagnostic equipment Execute ADAS calibrations (static and dynamic) per manufacturer specifications Conduct and document test drives to verify proper system functionality Review scan reports and communicate findings with estimators and technicians Identify and escalate any diagnostic issues or required recalibrations Maintain proper documentation for insurance and OEM compliance Ensure calibration equipment and work areas are properly maintained Stay current with evolving OEM procedures and ADAS technology
Qualifications:
Experience in collision repair, automotive diagnostics, or mechanical repair preferred Familiarity with ADAS systems and calibration procedures is a strong plus Experience using AirPro, OEM scan tools, or similar diagnostic platforms preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards Comfortable with technology and ongoing training

Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
