We are looking for an Electronics Technician & E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. This position is designed for someone who enjoys variety. Our workload changes, and responsibilities will shift with it. You may spend part of the week testing and repairing laptops or other misc. electronics while other days focusing on creating marketplace listings. Responsibilities Repair & Refurbishment Diagnose hardware problems and determine the appropriate repair Repair devices such as laptops, chromebooks, tablets, PCs etc Replace screens, keyboards, batteries, SSDs, RAM, hinges, and other components Install operating systems, drivers, and software as required Harvest usable components from non-repairable equipment Troubleshoot problems independently and research solutions when necessary Perform more advanced repairs based on experience and ability (hot air rework or board-level repair) E-Commerce Research equipment and current market pricing Photograph products for online listings Create accurate listings on eBay and other marketplaces Write clear titles, descriptions, specifications, and condition notes Maintain and update existing marketplace listings Review inventory and pricing to keep listings current Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has hands-on experience testing, repairing, or refurbishing computers, mobile devices or other consumer electronics. Is comfortable troubleshooting equipment and identifying hardware problems Works efficiently without sacrificing accuracy Is comfortable moving between technical and e-commerce responsibilities Is interested in learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities Experience with eBay, Amazon or e-commerce platforms is a requirement. What Success Looks Like Devices are tested accurately and efficiently. Repairs make sense based on the equipment's value. Listings are accurate and kept current with inventory. The ideal candidate is dependable, technically curious, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a long-term opportunity to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and grow with the company.
Pay:
