WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR SNOW EQUIPMENT INSTALL TECH?

When you join our team on a full-time, part-time, or seasonal basis, you will install snowplows, salters, and accessory equipment, complete wiring and controller setups, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems. You ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards while collaborating with your team to keep operations running smoothly.

All that you need to become our Snow Equipment Install Tech is: A valid driver's license Experience with Fisher and/or Western Equipment Experience with plow mount and wiring installations across a diverse range of vehicle makes and models Possess tools for equipment installation Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Strong mechanical skills with the ability to accurately read and implement manufacturer installation manuals Ability to safely lift over 75 lbs and thrive in a dynamic shop environment 2+ years of experience in snow equipment installation is preferred Experience installing LED lighting, strobe kits, and auxiliary electrical accessories is preferred Why wait?
