What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment, including conveyors, cranes, and material handling systems Perform preventive and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance Diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize system performance Document work in our CMMS system Support safe, efficient operations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace Participate in equipment commissioning and startup activities What We're Looking For Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical training 1+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or automation environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Basic understanding of electrical systems, motors, drives, controls, and PLCs Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Safety-focused with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Work Environment Work with advanced automation technology Comfortable with climbing heights and industrial equipment Willing to work evenings, nights, and weekends Freezer environment exposure (PPE provided) Able to travel up to 75% for 4 months Pay & Shift Premiums $33.00-$37.00/hour
