Job Description

Our Client is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production operations, production lines, and employees.

Lead, train, and schedule hourly production staff.

Monitor production performance, quality, and production targets.

Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.

Investigate workplace accidents and report injuries.

Coordinate with Maintenance on equipment issues and repairs.

Monitor equipment operation and ensure GMP standards are followed.

Maintain production and compliance records and provide reports to management.

Work with Transportation to support on-time product delivery.

Identify opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency.

Ensure smooth communication and handoff between shifts.

Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.1+ year of experience in blown film extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of extrusion processes, materials, and equipment.

Experience with blown film extrusion machinery such as blowers, dies, and chillers.

Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

Knowledge of quality control, SPC, and production data.

Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Working EnvironmentManufacturing/plant environment with exposure to heat, noise, dust, and chemicals.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
