Job Title:
Senior Mechanical and Robotics Technician Job Description As a Maintenance Technician III, you will lead service technicians on the team in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects. Responsibilities Lead service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. Support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for complex problems and managing various projects. Conduct quality predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. Repair material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems and controls. Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. Apply electrical and electronic principles to maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot and diagnose MHE systems. Ensure adherence to MHE safety standards as per Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards. Essential Skills Industrial maintenance and equipment maintenance. Electro-mechanical troubleshooting and electrical maintenance. PLC troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications. Experience with blueprint and electrical schematic reading. Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles. Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Additional Skills & Qualifications High school or equivalent diploma. 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience. 4+ years of experience in predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. 4+ years of experience in the repair of MHE or automated conveyor systems and controls. 3+ years experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems. 4+ years experience with MHE safety standards according to OEM and Safety standards. 3+ years experience with a CMMS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $42.65 - $42.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
