Automation Technician Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $25.00 to $30.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm) Assemble valves, actuators, and related automation components. Build pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, and manual actuation packages. Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications. Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy. Test completed valve and actuator assemblies. Troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment as needed. Assist with inventory, staging, packaging, and shipping. Maintain accurate assembly, inspection, and testing records. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Report quality, safety, or inventory issues to supervisors. Support receiving, stocking, and inventory control activities.

Automation Technician Qualifications:

Experience working with valves, actuators, automation accessories, or oil and gas equipment. Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric actuation systems. Forklift experience or certification. Experience with pressure testing, torque settings, tubing, fittings, or instrumentation. Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and shop safety practices. Basic computer skills for documentation, inventory tracking, and work order systems.
