The Job at a Glance Do you enjoy troubleshooting and repairing electronics? We're looking for a hands-on Repair Technician to join our team in Las Vegas on a day shift schedule. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience diagnosing and repairing light electronic equipment. A Typical Day Diagnose and repair light electronic equipment and components Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks Maintain accurate repair documentation Work closely with team members to meet production and service goals Ensure repairs are completed safely and efficiently To Land this Opportunity You have experience with light electronics repair, diagnostics, or troubleshooting You have a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills You can use hand tools and testing equipment You have basic computer skills You are highly dependable and have a team-oriented attitude If you have previous repair, warehouse technical, or manufacturing experience, that's a plus At Encompass, we value transparency and are committed to ensuring our team members feel appreciated and supported.
