  • Level 2 is responsible for providing calibration services for test equipment primarily in the field of RF and Electrical metrology.
Responsibilities:
Perform customer support activities either in-house or on-site involving the calibration and certification of Electronic Test and Measurement equipment utilizing a variety of automated calibration systems Interact directly with customers Follow established policies and procedures in conducting on-site or in-house repair and calibration of equipment to ensure it meet high standards of performance Diagnose equipment malfunctions Represent the company in a customer support role and is responsible for customer's satisfaction with equipment and servicing Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Military training or experience (PMEL
OR TMDE OR
Electronics) ' OR an Associates Degree in Electronics (or related technical field); OR equivalent work experience & training. Minimum of 5 years of calibration experience. Experienced in calibrating several disciplines of test and measurement equipment such as: Electronic RF Microwave Temperature Strong communication skills including written, verbal and listening skills. Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Internet research, data entry, etc. Experience in interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner and providing an excellent customer experience.

Knowledge of
ANSI / NCSL Z-540-1, ISO
9000, and
ISO/IEC 17025
