As an Electronic Technician, you'll play a critical role in the testing, troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance of advanced electronic systems used in aerospace and defense applications. Your expertise will directly contribute to the development and production of state-of-the-art simulation and electronic warfare technologies that support mission success and national security.

What You'll Do

In this hands-on technical role, you will:

Test and troubleshoot RF products, including RF microelectronics, amplifiers, switches, mixers, and relatedponents

Diagnose and troubleshoot digital circuit cards and integrated test systems

Analyze equipment performance and isolate product malfunctions

Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, source control drawings, and technical documentation

Perform RF tuning on microelectronic assemblies while working under a microscope

Maintain and calibrate test equipment

Record accurate test data and production information in quality and manufacturing systems

Interpret test results and rmend corrective actions

Complete required documentation and production records

Perform production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies

Work with precision tools and small-scaleponents requiring exceptional attention to detail

Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve and update test procedures

Follow all safety, ESD, FOD, and cleanliness standards

Successfullyplete in-house workmanship training programs

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Electronics knowledge gained through formal education, military experience, or hands-on work experience

Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical drawings, procedures, and documentation

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Excellent attention to detail andmitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following experience are strongly encouraged to :

Working with drawings, wire lists, source control drawings, and test procedures

Testing and troubleshooting electronic systems and assemblies

Microelectronics assembly and RF tuning under a microscope

Test equipment operation and maintenance

Soldering and electronic assembly techniques

Supporting or collaborating with engineering teams

Defense electronics or Electronic Warfare systems

Performance-driven manufacturing or production environments

Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills

Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency

Pay Details:

$28.00 per hour
