Join a leading electronics company in Hauppauge, NY and launch your engineering career! We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Technical Support & Applications Engineer to join a growing team working with innovative electronic products and technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with a background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or hands-on electronics experience who are looking to gain real-world engineering experience. In this role, you'll be involved in product testing, troubleshooting, hardware integration, quality assurance, technical documentation, and customer support while receiving training and mentorship from experienced professionals. High SchoolResponsibilities Build, configure, and test customized hardware solutions for customer evaluations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects. Support product validation activities by documenting test procedures, results, and technical findings. Create technical documentation including user guides, setup instructions, wiring diagrams, and product specifications. Assemble and verify prototype hardware, interface boards, cables, and related electronic assemblies. Assist customers and internal teams with technical troubleshooting and product-related inquiries. Evaluate returned products, perform diagnostics, document findings, and coordinate repair or escalation activities when necessary. Work closely with manufacturing partners, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams to investigate product issues and implement corrective actions. Perform incoming inspections and verification of electronic components and finished assemblies. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Provide occasional on-site support during customer visits, product launches, training sessions, or technical evaluations.
